Description

We are looking for you, a trained special needs teacher, to take responsibility for teaching our students in the adapted comprehensive school as well as our resource group.

In the role of special needs teacher, you are expected to work based on a shared understanding of the organization's mission, where the students' best interests are at the center.

Your contribution in daily meetings and dialogue with students, guardians, and colleagues is crucial to achieving the goal of equal education and high-quality teaching.

You are expected to take overall responsibility for the results achieved, both academically and socially, and contribute to a secure and inclusive teaching environment.

With a positive and solution-oriented approach, you work from a holistic perspective on the student's development and learning.

The assignment involves ensuring that every student receives the best possible education based on our governing documents.

We hope that you, specifically, want to be part of developing, taking initiative, and seeking out new challenges and tasks.

You will be part of a work team and, both independently and together with others, plan, implement, document, and evaluate the pedagogical work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified special needs teacher focused on the later years of comprehensive school.

We are looking for you who want to work in a smaller locality where security and a sense of community are important.

You should be cooperative, open, and responsive in interactions with others.

You are interested in developing yourself and the school, and you dare to think outside the box.

You see students' different needs and take their prerequisites into account.

As a teacher, you should have the ability to take responsibility, plan, implement, and follow up on operations.

You should have basic computer skills to use the IT tools we use in teaching.

In collegial learning, you are happy to share both knowledge and experience and spread joy at work in the workplace.

In the work of including all students, you show great commitment and interest.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Particular weight is placed on personal suitability.
