The Exam Administration is responsible for the central coordination of all hall examinations at the University. The operations include planning, organizing, and conducting hall examinations both physically and digitally, coordinating exam invigilators, and maintaining contact with teachers and students. You are also expected to work with various processes related to hall examinations, such as information campaigns, incident investigations, practical preparations, and follow-up work in connection with hall examinations.
In Student Service, we meet students and other visitors via our physical reception, by phone, and digitally. Our ambition is to provide good treatment and professional service in all contacts. As a case officer in Student Service, you answer various study-related questions, provide information, and guide visitors to other functions if needed. You also work with, among other things, the release of public documents, and the distribution of exam and access cards.
Both operations are in an exciting journey of change where the focus is on developing working methods, digitizing, and streamlining processes. Here, you are expected to take an active role. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, curious, structured, and has an interest in the possibilities of digitization. You thrive in a driving role with many contact surfaces, parallel tasks, and projects. You are also interested in driving the operations forward together with colleagues. Additional tasks may be included in the position.

- Good ability to adapt to and handle different people and situations.
- Good communication skills.
- Good ability to follow guidelines and instructions as well as adhere to fixed schedules.
- Good computer and system proficiency, for example in the Office package and case management systems.
In this employment, great importance will be attached to experience from working in front desk, reception, or similar, primarily from the higher education sector, experience of exam administration within the higher education sector or equivalent, and good ability to plan, organize, carry out, and achieve set goals in work both independently and in a group.
