We are looking for a Group Accounting Specialist! Mio is on an exciting journey of growth and change. We are now taking our next big step and preparing our organization for a future, potential stock market listing (IPO). To succeed in this, we are building a robust and scalable group accounting function. We are looking for you who want to play a key role in this work, set the framework, develop processes, and take Mio to the next level. About the role As a Group Accounting Specialist, you will step into a completely new, business-critical role at Mio's headquarters in Tibro. You will work closely with – and become the right hand to – our Group Accounting Manager, Thomas. This is not a role where you just maintain; it is a role where you build and shape the way forward. Your main areas of responsibility:

• IPO-readiness: Lead and drive sub-projects to ensure that the right routines, controls, and reporting models are in place for a future stock market listing.
• Group Accounting: Support and relieve in the ongoing work of preparing the group accounts.
• System Development: Today we use the business system M3 and do group accounting in Excel. You will be a driving force in choosing, establishing, and implementing our new group accounting system.
• Sustainability Reporting: You are responsible for the finance department's work and structure regarding sustainability reporting (ESG/CSRD).
• Requirement Holder: Act as support for the legal entities and accounting managers to ensure the highest quality in reporting.

We are looking for you who have solid experience in deeper accounting and regulations. The dream profile is that you currently work at a larger company or group with group accounting, preferably in a listed environment. Alternatively, you have a background from an audit firm where you have worked extensively with this type of company.

• It is highly meritorious to have some form of practical or theoretical knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience and practical application of system support for group accounting.
• Experience from retail is a plus, but not a requirement – the most important thing is your knowledge of the processes required to move the company forward.
