Female Personal Assistants Wanted

We are now looking for engaged and reliable personal assistants for a wheelchair-bound man with extensive care needs.

The assistance is provided around the clock in the customer's home.

The man has a tracheostomy and uses a respirator.

You will work closely with the customer and be an important part of his safety, independence, and daily life.

About You

To thrive in this role, we would like you to:

• Have experience working as a personal assistant or in similar care work
• Be perceptive, responsible, and have a positive attitude
• Understand the importance of self-determination and respect that the customer controls their own daily life and home
• Be comfortable around dogs, as there are two small dogs in the home
• Be calm and confident in medically advanced situations and willing to learn how the customer wants things done

Working Hours

• Shifts are scheduled from 08:00–20:00
• Employment percentage: 70–90%

• Induction and on-site training
• Training in tracheostomy and respirator care via the lung clinic in Lund
• Assistive devices are available in the home to facilitate work

Requirement: Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
