Economic Administrator with NetSuite/ERP Focus

About the Workplace

We are looking for an Economic Administrator who wants to take on a key role in our finance function – with a clear emphasis on business systems/ERP, specifically NetSuite. You are responsible, engaged, and thrive in a team environment where colleagues support each other and drive improvements together.

We are a group of companies with operations in Sweden, Finland, Poland, and Germany. We are currently the market leader in open mechanical transmission. We wish to continue growing and therefore want to strengthen our team with a new employee, as one of our long-standing colleagues is retiring. The group has a turnover of 500 million SEK.

Our headquarters are located in Mölndal, just outside Gothenburg, where most of the group's finance and administration functions are based.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will combine ongoing financial administration with a strong focus on utilizing and developing our workflows in NetSuite (ERP). Examples of tasks include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
• Accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP), invoice management, and payments
• Reconciliations, support during monthly/annual closing, and reporting
• Working in NetSuite with central flows in the financial modules, as well as involvement in the customer, supplier, and logistics modules
• Being an active participant in improvements: processes, master data, quality of flows, troubleshooting, and system solutions
• Collaboration with other departments and external parties as needed

Qualifications (Requirements)

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in financial administration (required)
• Very good knowledge of financial systems/ERP and experience working closely with systems
• Experience with NetSuite is highly advantageous (alternative ERP experience is acceptable, but interest in working with NetSuite is essential)
• Good skills in Excel
• Good command of English
