RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you who want a broad and varied role where you help ensure that our production maintains the absolute highest standards. As Quality and Environmental Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that operations meet current requirements regarding quality, environment, and regulations, while contributing to an efficient and well-functioning flow between purchasing, production, and suppliers.
In this role, you work together with the Quality Manager to complement ISO 9001 with ISO 14001, as well as to develop and convert management systems and routines to harmonize with the newly acquired internal system (Spineweb) and new business system (Monitor). You work closely with production and other functions to ensure that processes function and that requirements are met throughout the organization. The role also involves handling quality and environmental cases, such as deviations, complaints, and supplier follow-ups.
Furthermore, the role includes monitoring goals, compiling quality and environmental data for management reviews, supporting internal audits, and working with legal requirements, chemical management, and risk assessments related to operations.
This is a broad role with great opportunities to influence, develop working methods, and gradually grow in responsibility over time.
- Perform certain purchases of materials and services and coordinate external suppliers
- Handle quality cases, complaints, and follow-up with suppliers
- Work with risk assessments related to production, installations, and chemical products
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements within quality, environment, and working environment
- Coordinate and administer chemical management and related processes

You are accustomed to working in a changing environment and find it easy to quickly adapt to new working methods and systems. You thrive in a daily routine where initiative and solution-orientation are important traits.
