We are looking for a Preschool Teacher in Gullspång

Gullspång Preschool is centrally located in Gullspång, close to the city center, school, and health center with a library. We have a large outdoor yard with the forest right next door. The preschool has five departments for children aged 1–5 years. At Gullspång Preschool, we are constantly working to develop our learning environments, and our teaching is based on content that is both planned and spontaneous. We want the preschool to be fun, safe, and educational for all children. For us, systematic quality work is important to create the best possible preschool.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher in Gullspång, you drive and lead the pedagogical work together with other educators based on the curriculum and other regulatory documents. You have an important role in the daily operations where, with a conscious approach, you enable children to discover and develop their abilities. An important part of your assignment is the care work where all children are seen and feel safe at the preschool.

In the role of preschool teacher, you are responsible for creating a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and exciting play and learning environment for the children. Together with your colleagues, you work to develop the preschool's operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are:

• A licensed preschool teacher or have a degree and are waiting for licensure.

You have a good understanding of children's different ways of learning and how you, as an educator, can challenge children to take new steps in their learning. We assume that you have a pedagogical perspective that combines care and teaching. You are creative and engaged and have the ability to offer children a stimulating learning environment together with colleagues.

You have the ability to see developmental potential and opportunities and have a professional approach to everyone you meet. Furthermore, we see that you are responsive, solution-focused, and flexible in collaboration with others. You have an interest in developing work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.

Previous experience working as a preschool teacher is an advantage.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We require an extract from the criminal record register before employment.
