Personal Assistant for a Happy and Playful Girl – Staffanstorp, Daytime Monday–Friday

We are looking for you who want to make a real difference in the daily life of a happy, curious, and playful 7-year-old who has a great need for support and security around the clock. She loves play, fun, and closeness – and with the right people around her, she truly blossoms! About the assignment: Our girl has a disability and uses, among other things, a feeding tube (track) and a feeding tube (sond). Therefore, she needs 24/7 assistance from secure and engaged adults who can be both playmates and a calming support. The girl has a hearing impairment and therefore communicates using sign language. Knowing sign language is not a requirement (you will learn over time). We are looking for you who want to work Monday–Friday during daytime We are looking for you who:

Retain a childlike spirit and enjoy playing, laughing, and being creative.
Are secure, responsible, and calm in demanding situations.
Have experience in personal assistance (a plus, but not a requirement). Personal chemistry is most important, as is experience working with children and preferably knowledge of track (but the right person can also receive an introduction).
Speak good Swedish.
