In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that ongoing financial work is handled correctly and efficiently. The assignment is short-term and suits you if you thrive in quickly adapting to new tasks and environments.

You will work with administrative financial processes and support the organization with matters related to purchase orders, supplier invoices, and financial administration. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and has a methodical approach to work.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing purchase orders in the organization's system

• Registering and administering supplier invoices

• Posting invoices according to established routines

• Supporting the organization with ongoing financial administration

• Ensuring that financial documentation is handled correctly and on time

• Experience working as a Finance Assistant or in a similar administrative finance role

• Experience working within the public sector, municipality, or another large organization

• Familiarity with handling supplier invoices and posting

• Strong organizational skills and a structured work approach

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• A service-oriented attitude and good collaboration skills

• Experience with financial systems, such as Unit4/Agresso or similar ERP systems

• Experience with monitoring or reporting tools such as Qlik or Stratsys
