We are currently seeking casual and summer substitutes for a woman in Borås. You will work in 12-hour shifts and start with a casual employment contract with the possibility of a permanent schedule. Casual employment is available for day shifts as well as awake night shifts.
The woman lives alone with her two teenage children in a house, so do not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Tasks include snow shoveling, planting, and all other duties required to maintain the home. The role involves both indoor work and outings.
For this position, we preferably seek a female candidate. We also value someone who is empathetic, tidy, and positive. Good initiative is essential. It is a plus if you share interests such as cooking, gardening, travel, interior design, fashion/beauty, and shopping.
Experience in personal assistance or working with tracheostomy and ventilators is advantageous but not a requirement. Personal suitability is highly valued.
Communication is key, so you must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Non-smokers are preferred.
