Our goal is to offer more personal personal assistance. As a client of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance designed together with the client according to their specific needs. The client is involved in the recruitment process and in the final choice of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement. Job Description: We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a temporary position at 90% with immediate start. Working hours: 24-hour shifts from 10:00 to 10:00 the next day, including a 6-hour sleeping on-call duty. We are also looking for a casual/temporary assistant for the same client with immediate start. As an assistant, you will help the client with all daily tasks, including hygiene and care. You need to have a strong sense of responsibility, be calm, flexible, and able to adapt to another person's needs. You will accompany the client to various activities. The client is a man with autistic traits and is non-verbal. He enjoys activities such as walks and car rides. Qualifications: - You are in good physical shape as lifting may be required. - You are calm and clear in your attitude and communication. - Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
