We are currently looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client, a teenage girl. Working hours include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

The client has a physical disability and needs support with communication. We are looking for someone who finds it exciting to work with the young person, providing opportunities for her independence and development. We believe you are resourceful, caring, attentive, and self-assured. Previous experience in the assistance profession and/or working with children in need of special support is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have commitment and a desire to develop in your professional role to offer high-quality assistance.

Your task will be to assist her at home and outside the home. You will accompany her to school and leisure activities. The home base alternates every other week between Hovås and Majorna.

You support the young person with everything in daily life where the disability sets limits. You act as a voice amplifier in communication so that the young person can make herself understood. You provide physical support during personal care and activities. Meal assistance is provided via PEG.

Working with children requires an extract from the criminal record register according to law, which must be submitted to the employer before the employment begins. We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
