Job Description
Customer Data Analysis and Hardware Replacement Specialist

We are looking for a person who will work with collecting and analyzing customer data as a basis for replacing customers' hardware.

About the Role
In this role, you are responsible for structuring, processing, and analyzing customer information to support decisions regarding hardware upgrades and replacements. The work involves close contact with customers as well as collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Collection and handling of customer data
• Data analysis as a basis for recommendations regarding hardware replacement
• Administrative handling and documentation of cases
• Customer contact via email and/or meetings
• Contribute to improved processes and decision-making support

Qualifications

• Experience working with basic IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Good administrative skills and attention to detail
• Experience with customer contact and good communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
