Are you our new subject teacher in Mathematics, Technology, or Science?

Fågelvikskolan is a secondary school for grades 7–9 with approximately 350 students, including those in adapted basic education. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a subject teacher. Could that be you?

Job Responsibilities

Welcome to Fågelvikskolan! We are looking for you who want to help shape teaching in mathematics, technology, and natural science (NO) subjects together with your colleagues. We would like you to have knowledge in technology, or alternatively, broad subject knowledge within the natural sciences. Knowledge in programming is an advantage.

We offer a newly renovated school environment and a dedicated team of colleagues. Together, we focus on how to best shape teaching, which means providing conditions for an accessible and flexible learning environment. We adapt teaching to the needs of the students involved, operating from the premise that a student does not is, but becomes in a context.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are eligible or certified as a teacher.

• You have pedagogical drive and a desire to further develop the operations together with others. You see development and new ideas as positive challenges.
• You contribute to the development of our students through interaction and dialogue with others.
• You are engaged, straightforward, and open, and have clear leadership skills.
• You are well familiar with our governing documents.
• You have a good ability to include students in need of support and are challenged by finding the extra adjustments the individual may need to reach the knowledge goals of the subjects.
• You have a good ability to build good relationships with students and guardians.

Terms of Employment

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
