We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee for our customer service and administration department. Here, you will have a varied and important role where you are responsible for providing our customers with the best possible service and support in their daily lives. Your tasks will include, among other things, managing parking spaces and storage, notifications, ongoing registrations and billing in our property system, as well as onboarding new customers and reminder management. You will also work with the administration of salaries and fees for the associations you are responsible for, handle membership applications, transfer agreements and mortgages, and ensure that the apartment registry is kept up to date. In this role, you have daily contact with both boards and members, where you help answer questions and provide guidance. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured manner, likes helping others, and appreciates a role with many contact surfaces and varied tasks. You are sensitive and have a desire to help other people. You are also a structured, flexible, and driven person who likes varied tasks and juggling many balls in the air. Since the work may take place in several different systems, we would like you to be familiar with working with computers and have an aptitude for learning new things. Qualifications Upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on administration/economics. Meritorious qualifications
- Previous experience working with housing cooperatives
- We primarily work in the systems Hubspot, Real, and Kundo; experience in these systems is meritorious.

- Scope: 100%
- Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period
- Salary: According to agreement. Salary range: 32,000 SEK - 38,000 SEK
