ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are currently looking for 4 individuals to work as hourly substitutes for our male client in central Luleå. You will work exclusively during daytime hours on weekdays and weekends, with the following schedules:
Weekdays: 10:30 - 17:25
Weekends: 11:00 - 15:00
Start dates are agreed upon individually, and we would appreciate it if you could begin your introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 50s who enjoys both quiet days at home watching a good movie or series and working out at the gym. He is keen to share his interest in fitness with his assistant. Due to achondroplasia, he requires some assistance in his daily life.
The duties include:
Occasional household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
Assistance with dressing and undressing
Help with certain transfers and physical support
Support with communication when needed
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who is sensitive and has a good sense of when to take initiative and when to give space. You are patient, driven, and meticulous in your work. Since the client is sensitive to scents, such as fabric softeners, perfumes, and similar products, it is important that you take this into account. Having your own interest in fitness is an advantage. The client would prefer that the applicant is female.

REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license
Experience in care work
Experience with the client's specific functional variation
Employment level: 4 hourly substitutes.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID document and/or submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
