Establishment in Söderhamn and Ovanåker municipalities

We are in the midst of an exciting growth journey; it is time for us to take the next step and expand our operations to a larger part of Hälsingland. Now we are becoming what we claim to be!

We currently have around 100 employees with operations in Hudiksvall, Nordanstig, Ljusdal, and Sundsvall. At the end of 2025, we began our growth journey with the goal of establishing ourselves in the entire region. As part of this, we are now developing our presence in Söderhamn and Ovanåker municipalities.

We are currently looking for Premium Advisors who want to build long-term customer relationships and contribute to our continued development in Hälsingland. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, focusing on the overall business picture, while being part of a bank that is engaged in the local community.

The role involves working with:

• prospecting and new customer processing
• building up and developing your own customer portfolio
• representing the bank in local networks
• creating, developing, and being responsible for long-term and strong customer relationships
• identifying and creating new business opportunities
• qualified and proactive holistic advice within the customer's private economy
• collaborating with colleagues in different specialist areas to handle the customer's entire business with us

We are looking for you who

Are attracted by the opportunity to build something new, are driven by meeting customers, enjoy creating new relationships with both customers and colleagues, and actively seek out business opportunities. You have a strong personal commitment to prospecting, enjoy taking the first customer contact, and want to contribute to the development of both the business and our growth journey.

Qualifications

The role requires a Swedsec license for advisors and mortgages, as well as insurance mediation rights for life and property insurance. If you already have licenses and insurance mediation rights, this is a merit.
