Our primary care centre is managed locally, which means short decision-making paths and that you as an employee have significant influence. Here, commitment and participation are not just words – they are part of our daily life.

At the same time, we have the security of being part of a larger organization that provides support, inspiration, and opportunities for knowledge exchange. You get the best of both worlds – the small context where you are important, and the large network that gives you the strength to grow.

In addition, we also offer the following:

• Collective agreement • Present manager • Competence development, both internally and externally • Wellness allowance • Breakfast every day • Network within your field • An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other
