At the Women's Clinic, we have approximately 280 employees. The clinic consists of an integrated maternity ward/delivery unit and a gynecological department. Additionally, there are several midwife clinics, gynecological clinics, abortion clinics, youth clinics, and an ultrasound clinic in the county.

We are now looking for two midwives for the midwife clinics in the eastern part of Kronoberg County. We have four clinics in Växjö Municipality, as well as clinics in Åseda, Tingsryd, and Lessebo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a midwife with us, you will work with pregnancy check-ups, contraceptive counseling, STI testing, and cervical cancer screening (cell samples).

You will receive regular supervision together with other midwives in the eastern part of Kronoberg. Further education is available, and we have regular training days with other midwives in the county.

One of the positions is a permanent employment, and the other is a temporary position until August 2027.

Joint service with the delivery unit may become relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a licensed midwife. Previous experience in the profession is meritorious.
• You have a positive, empathetic, and professional approach, with the patient in focus.
• As a person, you are independent, flexible, and have good teamwork skills. We highly value your personal qualities.
• You have a valid B driver's license.

Salary: Monthly salary.
