We are seeking an engaged and service-oriented Support Technician with solid experience in Apple environments and client management using Jamf. You will work with support, administration, and further development of our Mac platform, ensuring that users receive a stable and efficient IT experience.

Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd line support for users in a Mac environment.
• Administer and maintain Mac computers using Jamf.
• Manage onboarding and configuration of new computers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and applications in macOS.
• Install, configure, and distribute software and security updates.
• Work with policies, scripts, and automation in Jamf Pro.
• Document procedures and contribute to improving support processes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams within infrastructure and security.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support within an Apple environment.
• Good knowledge of macOS.
• Practical experience with Jamf Pro or another MDM solution.
• Experience troubleshooting Apple hardware and standard applications.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
