Career Coach Wanted in Gothenburg

At Arena Workforce and our office in Gothenburg, we are now looking for another team member to join the "Rusta och matcha" team!

The position is part-time (50%) with immediate start or as agreed.

As a career coach, your responsibilities include preparing job seekers to find employment or studies and matching them with employers. You conduct assessments and assist job seekers with employer contacts and networking.

Who are you?

You preferably have a large personal network in and around Gothenburg and nearby areas, or are willing to work actively to establish and maintain employer contacts. Experience in coaching is an advantage. You must be comfortable working with computers and various systems.

Requirements

To qualify as a supervisor in "Rusta och matcha," you must meet one of the following two alternatives:

1) A university/college education of at least 180 credits (120 credits under the old system) plus at least two years of full-time work experience (part-time positions can be combined if the total working time equals full-time over two years).

2) At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade, plus at least three years of full-time work experience (part-time positions can be combined if the total working time equals full-time over three years) in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Management with personnel responsibility.
• Recruitment.
• Transition work for job seekers.
• Study and career guidance.
• Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration).
• Work with labor market and employment issues.
• Work with social and group psychology.
• Career guidance.

Post-secondary education includes, for example, university education and various types of vocational training (e.g., KY and YH).

Please note that certificates of education and employer references must be attached to your application and are a prerequisite for employment to begin. Foreign degrees must be validated by UHR.
