Job Description
At Ljungsätra Special Housing, you will support care recipients in their daily lives. The tasks involve supporting the individual in their everyday life. We work to see the healthy side and aim to work according to daily rehabilitation with a salutogenic perspective. You should be inspiring and motivated. The role includes being a contact person and having good communication skills with everyone you meet, both within the organization and externally.
We work with individualized care where every citizen is important and should have a meaningful life in community with others. You need to have an interest in people and work according to our values and existing routines. The tasks also include participating in and encouraging social activities. You need to be responsible, innovative, and brave to handle the challenges you face. You must be able to meet changes with a good attitude, be secure, stable, and self-aware, which also applies in stressful situations where you maintain your calm.
This also includes having good knowledge of how to document in our journal system and report changes that occur.
Qualifications
A certified education as an Assistant Nurse (Undersköterska) with proof of professional title is required, or if you are covered by the transitional rules of the Patient Safety Act. Those with education as a Care Assistant (Vårdbiträde) are also welcome to apply. Education in dementia care is meritorious.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and the ability to document clearly. In the role, we use the phone as a work tool. Be open to learning new systems as we document and sign digitally.

About the Position
Employment Type: Permanent position (6-month probationary period).
