About the Operation

At Dalbackens Preschool, we work closely together and create good relationships in everyday life. The preschool's location gives us fantastic opportunities to use nature as a natural part of the education. We are often outdoors and let the children explore the changes of the seasons, animals and insects, plants, and the environment through play and discovery.

About the Job

As a preschool teacher with us, you are involved in the pedagogical work together with your colleagues. You are responsible, together with the work team, to plan, implement, document, and develop the teaching based on the curriculum's goals and the children's needs and interests.

We are looking for you who want to help create a secure, inspiring, and educational everyday life for the children. You see the importance of good relationships and close cooperation with both colleagues and guardians. You are engaged and well-versed in children's development and learning, and you contribute with your ideas, experiences, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and develop the pedagogical work together with the work team
• Work based on the preschool curriculum and the operation's goals
• Create a secure, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for the children
• Document, follow up, and evaluate children's development
• Collaborate with guardians and contribute to good relationships
• Have a prominent role in the preschool's development work

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher. You have good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and a genuine interest in children's development, play, and learning.

You are secure, engaged, and responsible, and you find it easy to cooperate and create good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians. We would like you to be curious, flexible, and willing to contribute to developing the operation together with the work team.

Experience of working within preschool is meritorious, as well as knowledge of pedagogical documentation and language-developing working methods.
