Mister York is a growing burger chain challenging the industry by offering what we call the new generation of fast food. We believe that a burger made with high-quality ingredients shouldn't cost a fortune, nor should it take long to get it in your hand.

Mister York served its first burger in the summer of 2020 from a food truck. Today, we are opening full-scale fast-food restaurants while continuing to develop our smaller container houses. Mister York has been named Sweden's best burger chain for three years in a row by BurgerDudes, something we are very proud of!

What does the role of Shift Leader at Mister York entail? A Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring daily operations run according to Mister York's routines to achieve set KPIs and that the restaurant meets established sales forecasts during the shift. Together with Managers and other Shift Leaders, you are part of the restaurant's management team.

As a Shift Leader, you lead shifts where you are responsible for the entire restaurant's operations. The responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks.
• Regular reporting to the Manager.
• Spreading energy and joy to employees, who pass this on to guests.
• Coaching employees.
• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers.
• Purchasing goods.
• Training new employees.
• Responsibility for self-control programs, checklists, and ensuring routines are followed.

A Shift Leader has full responsibility for the unit's results during their shift. The results include customer satisfaction, waiting times, cleanliness, and quality.

Employment type: Probationary employment

Scope of employment: 50–70%

Start date: By agreement

Pay form: Hourly wage

Working hours: Variable; day, evening, and weekends.

Mister York is covered by a collective agreement.
