Job Description

As a teacher with us, you will step into an environment characterized by systematic collegial learning and strong commitment. You will become part of the team for Grade 1, where collaboration and professional exchange are central to improving the quality of education.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for teaching: You will plan and conduct teaching in Grade 1 in all subjects except crafts, physical education, and health.
• Practice relational leadership: Through secure and clear leadership, you will create a conducive learning environment and build trusting relationships with your students.
• Adapt and include: You will design structured and differentiated teaching that meets each student at their level and promotes their development.
• Document learning: You will follow up on and document students' learning processes as well as your own work as a natural part of daily life.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone driven by seeing students grow and who has a knack for creating functional structures in the classroom.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher: You have the qualifications to teach in Grade 1 of compulsory school.
• Is a skilled pedagogue: You have the ability to offer inclusive teaching and can adapt your pedagogical approach to the needs of the group and the individual.
• Is a good communicator: You express yourself well in speech and writing and are confident in your contact with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Possesses teamwork skills: You enjoy working in a team, contribute actively to collegial learning, and are also confident in working independently with planning and implementation.
• Is solution-oriented and flexible: You have a good ability to adapt to changed conditions and see opportunities in the development of the operations.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Working hours: Schedule.
