S:t Eriks is a leading Swedish manufacturer and supplier of concrete and natural stone products to contractors and retailers in the Nordic market for infrastructure, construction, and landscape architecture. S:t Eriks is now looking for a concrete worker.

The factory is located in Trollbo and manufactures pipes and wells. Around 20 employees work here – and together they create solutions that last for generations.

As a concrete worker, you are responsible for producing and processing concrete products with precision and quality in focus. The role also includes maintaining and cleaning equipment, as well as contributing to a safe and well-organized work environment. Through close collaboration with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs efficiently and that our customers receive first-class products.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring machines function according to plan.
• Produce and report according to the current production schedule.
• Ensure increased availability and productivity in your daily work.
• Perform checks according to our procedures and standards to ensure product quality.
• Follow the company's and workplace's safety and protection regulations.
• Actively participate in the company's improvement work, primarily within your own area of work and always within Health & Safety.
• In addition to regular duties, simple maintenance work, loading, and fetching of materials and products may occur as needed.

S:t Eriks has approximately 550 employees at factories and offices throughout Sweden, and the group has an annual turnover of approximately 1.5 billion SEK. S:t Eriks is part of Volati.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment with the possibility of extension. Working hours are during daytime, Monday-Friday.

Start date: June.

You will be employed as a consultant by StudentConsulting and hired out to the client. The employment may eventually transfer to the client.

Personal qualities:

In this role, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and would like you to be driven and engaged in your work. You are also meticulous and value quality in your tasks while enjoying working at an efficient pace. Naturally, we see it as an advantage if you have previous experience working with concrete pouring, welding, or similar, but this is not a requirement. It is a merit if you hold permits for overhead cranes and counterbalance forklifts.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license (to commute to and from the workplace).
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

Merits:

• Forklift license A1-4 & B1-4.
• Overhead crane license.
