Hagvidson Fyreviken is a preschool with three departments located in Hovås. The preschool is close to both playgrounds, forests, and the sea, which inspires and enables plenty of outdoor activities.

At our preschool, both preschool teachers and childcare workers who are passionate about their profession work together. We always base our work on our key words: SECURITY, PARTICIPATION, and JOY, with the child always at the center. With the curriculum as our foundation, we strive to be at the forefront of early childhood education. As a preschool teacher with us, you have a significant role and will work in a creative environment where learning is rewarding and enjoyable.

We work with the children in project form, using the curriculum's goals together with our focus area as a starting point. At the preschool, we always strive to keep our child groups as small as possible. Therefore, we have organized the operations so that children are divided into smaller groups during parts of the day. The preschool works with the Green Flag certification and is certified. We have our own chef who prepares meals from scratch, following the recommendations of the Swedish Food Agency.

We are looking for you who are interested in working with children, have a good understanding of a security-focused and participatory approach regarding children and preschool operations. You enjoy working both outdoors and indoors throughout all seasons of the year. We see that you like working in projects and are curious about the work surrounding our preschool cycles. Collaborating with both department colleagues and other colleagues in the building, as well as being a role model and building good relationships with guardians, is something you consider essential. You want to work at a preschool that is proud of its operations. You are flexible, take responsibility for the pedagogical mission, and are well-versed in the curriculum.
