Assignment Description

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a Finance Solution team focused on the implementation of the ERP system M3 and the development of financial applications.

What You Will Work On

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Support ERP M3 implementation and finance system development initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements
• Work with integration mapping and system flow analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams across the organization
• Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
• Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog management activities
• Contribute to business process improvements and solution optimization
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Facilitate communication between business and development teams
• Support delivery of scalable and maintainable finance solutions

What You Bring

• Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst or within requirements management
• Strong experience with integrations and integration mapping activities
• Experience working within ERP and finance system environments
• Ability to translate business needs into structured and development-ready requirements
• Experience working in agile environments using Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured and solution-oriented working approach
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate across both business and technical teams
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, spoken and written
