We are looking for a Production Technician who wants to be a key link between technology and production, focusing on CAM preparation, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a modern production environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Technician, you will work closely with production, focusing on CAM preparation, technical support, and the development of efficient manufacturing processes. You will participate in the setup and release of new components, ensuring that manufacturing processes function efficiently and meet set quality requirements.

The role also involves cross-functional work with costing, preparation of new articles, and contributing to risk analysis and quality assurance. You will continuously work on optimizing machining processes and proposing improvements that strengthen the production's quality, capacity, and efficiency.

The work involves close collaboration with operators, CAM technicians, and other functions within the company. You will be part of the technical group with the Production Manager as your direct supervisor. You will also have contact with customers and suppliers during technical reviews of new components and solutions.

Qualifications:

Technical background and experience from the machining manufacturing industry, preferably in cutting machining, with a good understanding of how manufacturing processes are planned and prepared.

• Experience with CNC machining.
• Knowledge of CAM preparation and experience with CAM systems, preferably ESPRIT CAM.
• Good understanding of CAD and experience working in programs such as SolidWorks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
• Technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent work experience.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
