Assignment Description

For our client, we are looking for an Intune Specialist.

Job Description: The Specialist will deliver, manage, and develop the environment for the company and its customers. Responsibilities include the setup and development of the company's IT environment and implementing policies for computers and mobile devices. The Specialist will work proactively to ensure that new features can improve the customers' environment. The role covers all Intune and SCCM solutions and secures future delivery of Windows to the business, including planning, design, and delivery of the workplace following Windows. This position is 100% on-site in Gothenburg.

Scope: Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor, handle, and follow up on support cases.
• Service and support for client installations, workstations, and miscellaneous IT equipment.
• Package and deploy applications, updates, and operating systems to client devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to client management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the client environment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Develop management standards, management plans, and procedures.
• Arrange training for IT staff and business key users.
• Conduct business intelligence and assess if new features could be useful for customers.
• Help educate 1st and 2nd line support in advanced troubleshooting in related areas.
• Help educate 3rd line support within the Intune area.
• Propose and agree on interfaces with change management, problem management, and release management.
• Work closely with end users and IT teams to understand problems and needs.

Required Skills:

• Qualified to work with Microsoft Azure services with a focus on Intune.
• Good knowledge of mobile devices and computers in Intune.
• Good knowledge of multiple tenants.
• Good knowledge of migration from SCCM/Jamf to Intune.
• Good knowledge in application management.
• Solid experience in supporting commonly known software (MS Office Suite).
• Experience in supporting IT client hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge in IT Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of an agile way of working and ITIL.
• Knowledge of using tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, etc.
• Organized with good documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Location: Gothenburg, 100% On-site.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Duration: 6 months.
