Located just minutes from the E20 highway in Jonslund is Dahrén, a leading European manufacturer of copper and aluminum winding wire for electric motors, generators, and transformers. Our headquarters and production facilities are located in Jonslund. We also have a sales office in Germany and both a factory and sales office in Poland. Dahrén employs 340 people, with 220 based in Sweden.

Do you want to work close to production and drive technically advanced investment projects from concept to finished solution? Dahrén is now looking for a Project Manager who wants to help develop future manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will belong to the production technology department and work on the long-term development of the business through internal projects that you drive from start to finish. You will play a central role in managing machine investments and new installations, overseeing the entire project process – from preliminary studies to implementation and follow-up.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing decision-making materials and cost estimates for investments.
• Leading projects with responsibility for time, cost, and quality.
• Driving the implementation of new machines and production solutions.
• Actively working to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborating with internal and external functions.

Travel to suppliers in Europe will be required during various phases of the projects.

This is a direct employment position with Dahrén, based full-time in Jonslund.

Profile

We are looking for you who are a confident and independent project manager who thrives in a "hub" role. You have a structured approach to work, strong personal drive, and a clear focus on solutions. You have a technical educational background, preferably a longer post-secondary education, along with a genuine interest in technology.

Furthermore, we see that you:

• Have good experience driving projects within industry or production.
• Are accustomed to working structured with several parallel activities.
• Have good communication skills and thrive in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are comfortable with computer systems and work effortlessly with the Office suite.
• Have good knowledge of CAD and reading technical drawings.
