About the role:

As a Solution Manager Telematic, you will be responsible for driving solutions, defining the solution's vision, coordinating teams, and ensuring that the strategy leads to a high-quality result. An important part of the role is to identify, understand, and translate customer needs into clear, feasible technical solutions that create value for the customer. You are responsible for communication with the customer, conveying the solution's vision, providing ongoing information, and ensuring close coordination between the customer and the development teams.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the Solution Backlog, where you continuously prioritize, refine, and ensure that the backlog is updated and aligned with the solution's goals. You are also responsible for release planning and overall delivery planning to ensure efficient deliveries according to the agreed strategy and schedule.

The role involves close collaboration with development teams and other stakeholders, where you coordinate work, manage dependencies between teams, and create conditions for efficient and high-quality deliveries. You are also responsible for monitoring and evaluating product quality, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring continuous development of the solution.

The position is a resident role, meaning you will be employed by AUMOVIO but primarily work on-site at one of the customers that AUMOVIO works with.

Requirements:

• Degree as an engineer in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or another comparable field.
• Preferably 6–8 years of experience in developing complex systems.
• Good understanding of software architecture.
• Experience in working extensively on developing solutions from start to finish, and handling high-value technical relationships.
• Experience with real-time systems and embedded Linux environments.
• Ability to define correct and efficient APIs, and build solid foundations for complex embedded systems.
• Quick learner and comfortable testing new working methods and technologies.
• Good problem-solving skills.
