About the role
As a wedding coordinator with us, you play a key role in creating memorable wedding experiences. Your main focus is on selling and booking wedding arrangements – from the first contact to the executed event and follow-up after completion.

You guide our guests through the entire process, help them realize their dreams, and create security along the way. Together with the team, you ensure that every arrangement maintains high quality, is commercially profitable, flows smoothly, and becomes an experience to remember for a long time.

Your responsibilities

• Actively work on prioritized sales of wedding parties
• Handle inquiries, customer dialogues, viewings, and quotes
• Plan and coordinate together with the guests
• Ensure the team has the right information and prerequisites for each arrangement
• Be involved in pricing and development of our wedding offering
• Contribute to creating a personal and professional experience for each guest

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in sales, preferably within events, hotels, or restaurants
• Are communicative, relationship-building, and results-oriented
• Have an eye for detail and a sense for top-class service
• Are structured and thrive working at a high pace
• Have experience or education as a wedding coordinator

We offer you a role where you work as Service Crew – Wedding Coordinator, which means being able to support others but also working in other departments at the hotel and spreading your passion to contribute to the overall experience for our guests.
