About the role

We are now looking for an engaged and customer-service-oriented customer service representative to join our team in Ängelholm.

In this role, you will work from our modern office in Ängelholm, assisting our customers via phone, email, and chat. You are a key part of the customer experience, working to provide fast, professional, and solution-oriented service in every interaction.

You will work in an inspiring environment alongside dedicated colleagues in our newly built premises, which also house our 1,400 sqm showroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle complaints and inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and a good team atmosphere.
