Do you want to drive the green energy transition while building a successful career in sales?

On behalf of a partner, we are now looking for several business-driven salespeople with sales experience to join our growing remote team.

You will independently visit homeowners by knocking on doors, with the aim of selling solar panels and battery solutions to them.

The home battery being sold means that homeowners can store their own energy and save money on their electricity consumption. Battery storage also offers the opportunity to sell stored energy back to the grid, meaning homeowners can also earn money from the energy solution.

As a salesperson, you are responsible for the entire customer journey – from first contact to closing the deal. You work in any area of your choice across Sweden.

Your main responsibilities

  • Make home visits and present the offer
  • Analyze the customer's needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Create calculations and propose solutions based on both technical and economic conditions
  • Work towards set goals and continuously follow up and develop your own performance
  • Build trust and establish long-term relationships

We are looking for someone who is disciplined, self-motivated, and highly committed. It is important that you are passionate about selling and dare to challenge yourself and your limits to achieve the best results. You also have a positive attitude and are skilled at handling setbacks with a smile. It is also important that you maintain a high pace in your work.

Qualifications

– You are not afraid of new contacts and are professional in your role towards the customer.

– You should have high social competence, be articulate, and have the ability to capture the customer's interest through your personality.

– You have great patience and a positive attitude.

– You speak Swedish fluently (unimpeded in speech and writing).

Merits

  • Technical background or previous experience selling solar panels, battery solutions, or energy systems
  • Previous sales experience

Working hours and scope

Full-time during the day, Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00. There is also an opportunity to work part-time evenings and weekends, at least 20 hours per week.

Salary type: OBS! Only high variable commission based on results (compensation is paid per completed sale).
