God Hälsa Gruppen operates health centers in Kirseberg, Hyllie, Nydala, Västra Hamnen, and Malmö City. Our units are characterized by a good working atmosphere and a strong sense of team spirit. We care for each other and consider it natural to welcome and introduce new colleagues in a good way.

As we operate several health centers within the group, work may also be performed at one of our other units depending on operational needs.

As a nurse with us, you will work with telephone advice, drop-in reception, triage of acute patients, sample collection, and work via our digital platform. You will also participate in reception work in close collaboration with our experienced doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Licensed nurse with a valid license.
• Experience working in primary care is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, level C1 or equivalent, is a requirement to ensure that you can communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own patient cases, while valuing good collaboration with colleagues.
• We are looking for a flexible and solution-focused nurse who is confident in their professional role, as the work may involve quick changes and various challenges in daily work.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability, where empathy, good treatment, and the ability to create security and trust in patients are central.

Other

The position is for an hourly/need-based nurse, where you can work day, evening, or weekend shifts depending on operational needs.
