Boxflow continues to grow rapidly, and we are now looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our headquarters in Östra Ljungby. Here, you will play a key role in an entrepreneurial company where the pace is fast, decision-making paths are short, and opportunities are abundant.

You will become part of an engaged accounting team that works closely with the business operations and jointly manages the financial flows of the companies within the group. With us, you won't just work with numbers – you will also help develop processes, working methods, and contribute to our continued growth journey.

Your responsibilities

• Supplier and customer invoicing
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciliations and reporting
• Ongoing administrative tasks within finance
• Improvement and development of routines and processes

We believe you:

✔ Have education in economics/finance
✔ Have experience in accounting or a similar role
✔ Are meticulous, driven, and responsible
✔ Thrive in a role with many contact points
✔ Enjoy working in a fast-paced and growing organization

Experience from the logistics, warehousing, or staffing industries is a plus.
