Your responsibilities
In the role of accountant, you work operationally with the accounting for the parent company as well as a number of subsidiary companies within the group. You will become an important part of the finance function and have close collaboration with the Accounting Manager.
Your main responsibilities include among other things:
- Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Preparation of annual reports
- Handling of declarations, tax, and VAT
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Analysis and follow-up of results and key figures
- Assist in financial and business-related analyses
- Participate in the development and efficiency improvement of processes and systems
Your profile
We are looking for you who have relevant education in economics and have worked with accounting for approx. 3–5 years. You are confident in closing processes and have a good understanding of accounting flows. In addition to your stable accounting competence, you have an interest in development and digitalization and are motivated by improving and streamlining working methods and processes.
As a person, you are humble, helpful, and unpretentious. You thrive in a family-friendly environment with a flat hierarchy and enjoy working close to the operations. You are adaptable and secure in your role, but at the same time curious to develop further and take on greater responsibility over time.
We are looking for a driven but down-to-earth person who appreciates a culture where collaboration, trust, and engagement are central.
Success factors
- Relevant education in economics
- Approx. 3–5 years of experience in accounting
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
