RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching in grades 6-9 with the necessary tasks associated with the teaching profession.

You are a teacher with a great interest in your subjects, and who succeeds in creating curiosity about them among your students. You are a natural leader in the classroom, taking responsibility for creating a positive learning environment and a climate where students feel safe to try things out, with the aim of learning together with other students. You value giving students the opportunity to be active participants in their own learning.

Together with your colleagues in the work team, you contribute to creating a holistic approach for and around the students. The role includes mentorship, in which you have a special responsibility to follow up on and support the individual students' development, both socially and academically. It is important that you have the ability to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

We expect you to continuously and systematically reflect on your teaching and its impact on student learning, both individually and together with your colleagues and students, in order to develop yourself and your practice. At Alléskolan, you will have several subject colleagues whom you will meet regularly through subject conferences. You enjoy working in teams and see the benefits of such collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be a certified subject teacher for grades 6-9. You have good IT skills and are accustomed to using digital tools in teaching. At Alléskolan, everyone works with Classroom.

The school works with cooperative learning, which we see great benefits in. You do not need to master this today, but you need to familiarize yourself with the concepts and show curiosity.

Personal suitability is highly valued.
