About the role

The role of Staffing & Service Assistant gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career in staffing! You will be part of the office's sharp staffing team that works with our student pools and staffs some of our largest customers. This is a role with significant autonomy where you will see the direct results of your work. Although much of the work is done independently, you are engaged with the team in achieving our common goals and results. The role involves a flexible part-time job throughout your studies, offering valuable experience and new contacts.

Your manager and your development

In dialogue with your nearest manager, you will plan your working hours based on the office's needs. In your role as Staffing Service Assistant, you will develop through our Training Program, which means you will gradually build on your competence and take on more complex tasks. You control your career paths with us, and we provide the prerequisites for your success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for staffing existing consultants based on our customers' needs.
• Work proactively with customers to plan future needs and map consultants' availability.
• Schedule staff and solve scheduling gaps in case of sick leave. The phone is your primary work tool.
• Work with documentation of activities related to the pools to ensure qualitative internal processes.

We are looking for you who

• Are a student studying at least 50% and graduating no earlier than January 2028, preferably in HR, economics, or similar. Since we view this position long-term, we prefer that you do not plan to go on an exchange semester or internship.
• Have previous experience in service and customer contact.
• Are comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good English skills, as the tasks involve much contact with customers and consultants in both languages.

Advantageous if you have experience with administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with good stress tolerance, who is responsible and can make thoughtful decisions. To fit the role, you should also be organized in your work approach, while being social, warm, and thriving in a role with many contact surfaces. You should also be fearless and comfortable speaking on the phone.
