Job Description
As a Healthcare Administrator with us, you play a central role in the daily operations, contributing to a smooth and professional experience for both patients and staff. The position involves administrative and coordinating tasks, but does not include medical record writing.
- Your main responsibilities include:
- Patient administration such as registration, invitations, and referral handling
- Handling incoming mail, digital cases, and telephone calls
- Administrative support to management and healthcare staff
- Working in healthcare administrative systems and monitoring statistics and data
- Invoicing, certificate handling, and other administrative tasks related to the business
- Maintenance/update of information on the website and waiting room TV
- Ordering office supplies, etc.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of administrative routines
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have education in healthcare administration, medical secretary, or other relevant administrative education.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative work within healthcare
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and experience working in various administrative systems
Meritorious:
- Experience with the medical record system TakeCare
- Experience in patient administration, referral handling, or invoicing
- Knowledge of the region's regulations and reimbursement systems

Other information
The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. The extent of employment can be discussed based on agreement.
Start date is by agreement.
