As an Account Manager, you work proactively and holistically to develop and strengthen strategic customer relationships. You understand the customer's business deeply, identify new opportunities, and connect them to tailored, value-creating solutions focused on efficiency, growth, and long-term partnerships.
You are the customer's strategic sparring partner and primary contact point, providing advice on the optimization, further development, and expansion of AutoStore® solutions and intralogistics systems. The role involves responsibility for the commercial aspects of expansion projects – from quotation work and ROI calculations to contracts and implementation – as well as continuous follow-up through SLA meetings and advisory sessions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with a focus on business value.
- Identify and realize growth opportunities among existing customers.
- Optimize the customer's logistics flow using Element Logic's combined solution portfolio.
- Drive the commercial aspects of expansion projects.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through structured and professional follow-up.
We are looking for someone who has
- At least 3 years of experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or technical solution sales.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link technology to customer goals.
- A structured, analytical, and independent working method.
- A clear commercial drive and the ability to create growth through upselling.
- Good communication skills and a trust-building approach.
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Workplace: Work takes place primarily at customer sites in the Mälaren Valley region, but the right candidate can live anywhere in Sweden.
Start Date: By agreement, as soon as possible.
