Särnmark's headquarters are located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now looking for personal assistants for a young man living in Nyköping.

About the job as a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

Tasks

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer at school or during activities outside the home.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who are responsible, child-friendly, receptive, and have an aptitude for learning new tasks.

At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's location and access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

Other

We place great emphasis on personal chemistry and are looking for you who can create a safe and positive relationship.

Personal chemistry is crucial for the work to function well.

About the employment

The form of employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly wage.

Working hours vary depending on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the collective agreement Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
