Administrator / Coordinator – E4 Bypass Stockholm

For our client within the E4 Bypass Stockholm project, we are now looking for an administrator/coordinator for the establishment in Skärholmen/Kungens Kurva. Immediate start with short notice.

The E4 Bypass Stockholm is one of Sweden's largest infrastructure projects and includes a new route for the E4 west of Stockholm. The project aims to improve traffic flow, reduce traffic congestion in the city center, and connect northern and southern Stockholm more efficiently.

You will work with coordinating and monitoring schedules in a large and technically complex project. The role involves close collaboration with project management and responsibility for supporting planning, updates, and communication regarding the various parts of the project.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Very good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Experience in administrative work or project support, preferably in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to organize, coordinate, and handle multiple parallel tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite or similar systems

Start: Immediate.
Location: Establishment in Skärholmen / Kungens Kurva.
Salary: 31,000–32,000 SEK/month.
Employment type: Full-time.
