About the role

Perido is currently looking for an engaged HR consultant for our client, a government agency operating within the education sector. You will become part of the institution's administrative unit, which handles HR, finance, and research administration, and consists of a total of 8 people. The work within the administration is characterized by high competence, a service-oriented attitude, and a good working climate. The position is located in Solna.

Your responsibilities

The role involves taking a coordinating responsibility for the work within the HR team. You will serve as a qualified support to the organization's managers regarding regulations, agreements, and HR processes. In dialogue with the administrative manager, you will drive and coordinate complex HR cases, such as labor law issues, redundancy processes with redeployment possibilities, and provide support to managers during conflicts, workplace environment issues, as well as during rehabilitation and measures for return from sick leave.

You will work together with other HR colleagues (2 persons), but you must be able to independently perform employment and payroll administration, recruitment cases, and matters related to scholarships, pension retirements, and academic teaching positions. The institution places great value on professional, accessible, and operationally close HR support, so you need to be confident in your HR competence and accustomed to independently handling complex personnel issues in a knowledge-intensive organization.

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree (minimum 180 ECTS) from a Human Resources program or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of documented experience in HR, including personnel and payroll administration. The experience must be from work within Swedish public sector (agency, municipality, or region).
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment based on merit and competence.
• At least 2 years of experience providing consultative support in labor law matters.
• At least 3 years of experience working with workplace environment issues.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with competence-based recruitment based on merit and competence.
• Ability to assist managers with labor law issues and redundancy processes.
• Ability to work with workplace environment issues and support managers in occupational health and safety work and incident management.

Merits:

• HR work at a state university or college, including knowledge of the Collective Agreement for Academic Staff.
• Experience coordinating and planning work within HR functions, including the distribution of tasks.

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-08-31, with a possibility of extension. Start as soon as possible, latest week 26 – 2026.
