We are now recruiting for our client, looking for a cheerful and social service concierge who is passionate about delivering world-class service! Our client is an international company with offices in central Stockholm. You will be employed by Inte Bara Post Bemanning and hired out to our client.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you focus on supporting the daily operations of the office to ensure a well-functioning and smooth working environment. You move around the office's internal areas and play a central role in creating an inspiring and pleasant work environment. You work closely with another colleague in the reception, but also independently with varied tasks. You need to be comfortable covering the reception when needed and delivering high service there as well. Heavy lifting may occur in the role, and we would appreciate it if you were handy, as simpler practical tasks such as hanging pictures may arise.

You will be an important person in ensuring a high level of service to everyone in the office, as well as being the face of the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform mail routines and package handling
• Answer incoming calls
• Switchboard and email management
• Coffee rounds
• Emptying and refilling dishwashers
• Perform daily office rounds
• Ensure the office is tidy and welcoming
• Preparations for meetings and internal events
• Administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and contacting suppliers
• Support the reception as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in the service industry
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English, as our client is an international company
• Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
