About the role

Perido is looking for a communicator for our client, a government agency located in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Travel to Karlstad occurs periodically. Travel within Sweden may also occur during the assignment.

Your responsibilities

The Public Transition Organization (OOO) is a department within the agency tasked with providing basic transition and competence support to professionals in workplaces without collective agreements. In this role, you will play a key part in increasing awareness of OOO's support and mission. How do we reach the right target groups? Which actors and forums are most effective? Here, you will use your communication skills to identify, create, and develop the right contact channels on the Swedish labor market.

You work independently and drive the entire process forward – from planning and execution to follow-up and documentation. The role involves ongoing dialogue with the client and close collaboration with both regional and national actors.

The following tasks may be included in this role:

• Internal and external strategic and operational communication work to help reach OOO's target groups through other actors
• Plan, execute, and follow up on communication initiatives with actors both regionally and nationally in Sweden
• Contribute experience from completed work to future target group surveys
• Participate in the development of target-group-specific information material
• Initiatives to strengthen OOO's brand

Qualifications:

• University degree, for example in media and communication or equivalent education
• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of strategic communication management and brand building
• Good proficiency in MS Office or equivalent
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of plain language (klarspråk)

• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-06-30, with the possibility of extension. Start date: 2026-06-23.
