Do you want to be part of our dedicated team and contribute to safe work sites in Borlänge? We are now recruiting Traffic Safety Workers for the 2026 season.

About the role

As a Traffic Safety Worker, you will:

• Deliver and collect materials according to customer orders.
• Transport and install signs, barriers, fences, and other protective devices to create safe work environments.
• Drive TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) as well as transport with service vehicles and heavy trailers.
• Supervise ongoing work to ensure quality assurance.
• Work at the depot, receiving and assisting customers.
• Be responsible for loading and unloading materials, as well as sorting and moving materials at the depot.

We are looking for more employees who want to work with us during the season, and we are recruiting for two different types of employment:

• Seasonal Employment

A full-time position starting as soon as possible until October, with the possibility of extension. Based in Borlänge, but work may also take place at our depots in Falun, Mora, and Ludvika. Working hours are primarily during the day, but evening, night, and weekend work may occur.

• Fixed-term Employment (as needed)

A flexible employment where you are offered work shifts that you can choose to accept or decline. Based in Borlänge. There are no fixed working hours or guaranteed workload.

About you

We are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys taking responsibility, and independently seeks solutions based on customer needs. If you have a good sense of order and enjoy service, you will succeed in this role. Furthermore, we want you to, like us, value traffic safety and a safe working environment. In this recruitment, we place great importance on personality and are looking for someone who shares our values and wants to contribute to our culture.

Requirements for the role:

• C driving license
• YKB certification (Swedish road transport license)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous experience from the industry
• APV (Work on the Road) levels 1.1–1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3

We handle all our work orders digitally, so we expect you to have good computer literacy.
