We are currently looking for a junior accountant for a consultancy assignment with a company in Kristianstad. The position is full-time, starting as early as two weeks from now, and runs until February 2027, with the possibility of extension. The role is based on a hybrid model where you are expected to be on-site at least three days a week in Kristianstad, with higher presence initially.

You will become part of an economic team within the insurance sector, working operationally in a business-close role. The role involves ongoing accounting and reconciliations, with a focus on stable and accurate delivery. In the autumn, a system implementation will take place where you will have the opportunity to contribute actively. The business is undergoing change, which requires flexibility and good adaptability. This role suits you if you have worked on similar assignments before and thrive in environments with change and development.

Example of tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Some customer account management (to a lesser extent)
• Work with supplier accounts
• Support during system implementation
• Working in and between several economic systems (including Oracle and Hogia)

Who are you?

• Have a few years of experience in accounting, preferably as a consultant
• Have worked on similar assignments before and are confident in your role
• Experience in insurance economics is highly meritorious
• Accustomed to quickly getting up to speed with new systems and processes
• Thrives in changing environments and adapts easily
• Structured, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Scope: Full-time (100%)
• Location: Kristianstad
• Work model: Hybrid – at least 3 days in the office, more initially
• Holiday: Flexible, preferably later in August
