  • Adapt and adjust hearing aids and any technical equipment based on the customer's needs.
  • Deliver high service throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
  • Opportunity to participate in the training of students (by agreement).
  • Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and authorities' standards and guidelines.
  • Actively participate in measures proposed by the RSM or headquarters, e.g., process improvements.

About you

We are looking for you who are a Certified Audiologist and are passionate about providing professional customer service throughout the rehabilitation chain.

You have a good ability to convey facts and information in an easy-to-understand way to our customers and have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge.

You take independent responsibility, plan and organize your work to drive it forward in an efficient manner. Furthermore, you have a calm and stable approach, even in more pressurized situations.

As we are part of a global group, we see that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing, and have a legitimation approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare after completing an Audiologist education.

We consider it advantageous if you have previous experience of rehabilitative working methods.

In addition, we value that:

  • You are a regular IT user and navigate independently with the Office package, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • You are service and solution-oriented.
  • You hold a B Driver's License.
  • You possess good communication skills and have an easy time building good relationships.
  • You independently prioritize and structure tasks.
  • You are a good team colleague with requirements for flexibility both as a person and in your role.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability in our recruitment for this position.
